Zearalenone ELISA Kit

Solarbio ELISA Kit uses the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique. A Zearalenone antigen has been pre-coated onto a microplate. Add gradient-diluted standards and pre-diluted samples separately then add an antibody working solution and HRP-conjugated antibody working solution. Zearalenone in the samples/standards competes with the plate-coated Zearalenone for binding to the Zearalenone antibody. After extensive washing a tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent is added to the wells for signal development. A Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development. The color intensity inversely proportional to the concentration of Zearalenone is then measurable at 450nm. You can calculate the concentration of Zearalenone in the samples by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
