WT1 126-134 peptide is a WT1 polypeptide (Wilms' tumor 1 peptide) (RMFPNAPYL) that activates cytotoxic CD8 T cells to destroy WT1+ positive tumor cells. This peptide can form a stable complex with H-2Db (mouse-derived) or HLA-A0201 (human-derived) molecules, and the WT1 126-134 peptide/HLA-A0201 complex has extremely high affinity for humanized monoclonal antibodies (IgG1) (Kd = 0.2 nM). WT1 126-134 peptide can be used for T-cell vaccines or antibody targets.
