Product Description: The WST-1 Cell Proliferation and Cytotoxicity Assay Kit is a rapid and highly sensitive assay kit widely used for cell proliferation and cytotoxicity testing. WST-1 is a compound similar to MTT，which can be reduced by mitochondrial dehydrogenases in the presence of an electron coupling reagent to produce an orange-yellow formazan. The more and faster the cell proliferation，the deeper the color; the greater the cytotoxicity，the lighter the color. Product Features: 1.
