Medium Formula (per liter) Inorganic salts and vitamins 0. 85 g Glycine 0. 003 g Sucrose 20. 0 g Instructions for Use Weigh 20. 85 g of this product into 1 L of distilled water or deionized water, heat to dissolve. Adjust the pH with NaOH or HCl to ensure the pH is 5. 6–5. 8 after sterilization (at 25℃). Dispense into containers, autoclave at 115℃ for 30 minutes, and set aside for use. A small amount of insoluble matter may be present in this product. This product is prone to moisture absorption and caking.
