This kit is of good transfection performance，it can effectively transfect most adherent cells and some suspension cells，with transfection rate of 90% in some adherent cells. Different from common lipid transfection reagent，this reagent is prepared with biodegradable materials，and is less toxic to packaging cells，with approximately 5% cell death rate. This kit is easy to use: Mix the transfection reagent with plasmid DNA，then add the transfection agent-DNA complex into culture cells directly. Serum has no impact on transfection，and additional replacement of culture medium is not required. Properties: 1. Cell transfection performance: It can effectively transfect most adherent cells，with transfection rate of up to 90%. 2. Extremely low cytotoxicity: Employment of biodegradable material enables low cytotoxicity and cell motality. 3.
