Vibrio Parahaemolyticus Biochemical Identification Kit (HRGB)

Experimental preparation: take out the ampoule from the packaging box, draw a circle on the bottleneck with a grinding wheel, fold the ampoule in the opposite direction towards the easy fold point (blue dot above the bottleneck), and insert it into the ampoule test tube rack. If it is infected or discolored, it cannot be used, take a new one. 2. Inoculation method:At least 3 typical colonies or suspicious colonies were selected from selective agar plates (TCBS agar or Vibrio chromogenic medium), and inoculated into 3% sodium chloride tryptone soybean agar plates for purification culture (36±1 °C culture for 18-24h), and the purified colonies were taken for oxidase test and inoculation with 3% sodium chloride trisaccharide iron agar, halophilic test, 3% sodium chloride mannitol, 3% sodium chloride lysine decarboxylase, 3% sodium chloride amino acid decarboxylase control, 3% sodium chloride V-P semi-solid and 3% Sodium chloride ONPG. This complete set of biochemical identification tubes does not contain 3% sodium chloride trioscharide iron agar. Please refer to GB/T4789. 7 standard for judging results. Direct inoculation: Pick the same colony that has been purified and cultured from the plate with an inoculation needle and inoculate it in the biochemical tube to be tested. Bacterial suspension method: take a test tube containing 2ml of sterile water or sterile saline, pick a single colony from the purified culture plate with an inoculation needle and carefully grind it into sterile water to make a homogeneous bacterial suspension of 0. 5 McClavids, and drop it into the test tube to be tested, 3 drops per tube. Among them, solid and semi-solid biochemical tubes are inoculated by penetration. 3. After inoculation, put it at 36°C±1°C for incubation. (Seal with parafilm, parafilm should be wiped with 75% alcohol and sterilized, included in the complete set of biochemical tubes) Each box includes: 2 bottles of salt-free pancreatic peptone water, 2 bottles of 6% sodium chloride pancreatic peptone water, 2 bottles of 10% sodium chloride pancreatic peptone water, 2 bottles of 8% sodium chloride pancreatic peptone water, 2 bottles of 3% sodium chloride VP semi-solid medium, 2 bottles of 3% sodium chloride mannitol, 2 bottles of 3% sodium chloride lysine decarboxylase, 2 bottles of 3% sodium chloride amino acid decarboxylase control, 1 package of oxidase test paper, 2 bottles of 3% NaCl ONPG and 1 bottle of sterile liquid paraffin.
