1. Before formal experiments,conduct preliminary tests with several samples to optimize experimental conditions and achieve optimal results. 2. Briefly centrifuge reagents in screw-cap microtubes before opening to collect liquid from the cap and tube walls at the bottom,preventing reagent loss upon opening. 3. Do not mix with reagents from other brands,as this may compromise performance. 4. Bacterial or fungal contamination of samples or reagents,or cross-contamination between reagents,may cause erroneous results. 5. Use disposable tips,tubes,bottles,or glassware whenever possible. Reusable glassware should be thoroughly cleaned to remove detergent and sterilized before reuse. 6. After completing the experiment,all samples and utensils that have come into contact should be treated according to specified procedures. 7. The number of vesicles varies greatly among different cell types. Select the sample quantity based on actual conditions,downstream applications,and literature references. Use as many cells as possible when conditions permit. 8. When harvesting cells,ensure that dead cells do not exceed 5%. Apoptotic/dying cells release numerous vesicles of varying sizes,which may contaminate vesicles derived from viable cells during extraction. 9. For electron microscopy analysis,isolated vesicle samples must be stored on ice or at 4°C for no longer than two days. No freezing,as this may compromise electron microscopy results. Ultra Pure Yeast Vesicle Rapid Extraction Kit is suitable for extracting high-purity total vesicles from various yeast cell samples. No ultracentrifugation is required; a large quantity of structurally intact vesicles can be obtained from samples through simple routine centrifugation. This method is characterized by its rapid simplicity and high extraction efficiency,saving significant experimental time and sample material. The extracted vesicles can be used for a wide range of subsequent experiments according to experimental objectives. This kit extracts vesicle structures ranging from 10 nm to 1000 nm in diameter. It rapidly and efficiently yields highly purified vesicle particles through simple centrifugation. The extracted vesicles remain intact and suitable for diverse downstream applications including functional studies,protein and RNA analysis,electron microscopy,and NTA particle size analysis.
