Transient serum-free medium is a serum-free and animal-derived medium with limited chemical composition, which is suitable for high-density suspension culture of CHO cells and transient transfection of expressed proteins, and is compatible with transfection, and can be directly used with various commercially available cationic transfection reagents. The medium is pre-supplemented with L-glutamine and can be used directly without the need for additional additives.
