1.This product contains phenol，which is toxic and corrosive. Inhalation，skin contact or ingestion may cause poisoning，burns and other physical injuries. Wear protective clothing，gloves，goggles and face masks during operation. This product is a chloroform-free upgraded version of traditional Trizol reagent，widely used for the extraction of total RNA and small RNA from various samples including animal tissues，plant materials，cultured cells and bacteria. Unlike the conventional Trizol method，it requires no chloroform for phase separation and can be operated entirely at room temperature. The reagent efficiently lyses cells and tissues to release RNA，while rapidly inactivating nucleases to prevent RNA degradation. After elution with nuclease-free water，DNA and proteins precipitate at the bottom of the tube，achieving effective RNA isolation. It enables rapid extraction of high-purity total RNA from diverse biological samples. The purified RNA can be directly applied to downstream experiments such as RT-PCR，Northern blot and Poly(A) enrichment.
