TeSR Pluripotent Stem Cell Medium

TeSR pluripotent stem cell medium is a chemically defined serum-free medium designed for the growth and expansion of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) and embryonic stem cells (hESCs). The medium consists of two components, basal medium, containing recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rh bFGF) and recombinant human transforming growth factor (rh TGFβ), without the need for additional growth factors. Due to the addition of long-acting cytokines, a single rehydration can be maintained for more than 48 hours, and the culture method is flexible, and there is no need to work overtime to change the fluid on weekends.
