As an Akt inhibitor, it interacts with the Akt PH domain, preventing the binding of phosphatidylinositol, thereby inhibiting Akt membrane translocation and activation. TCL1(10-24) has the functions of inhibiting cell proliferation and anti-apoptosis, and has shown tumor growth effects in vivo.
