TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide is a peptide-based delivery agent that combines a pH-sensitive HA2 fusion peptide from Influenza with the cell-penetrating peptide TAT from HIV. TAT-HA2 Fusion Peptide induces macromolecular uptake into the endosome via the TAT moiety and responds to the acidification of the endosome's cavity, leading to membrane leakage and the release of macromolecules into the cell via the HA2 moiety.
