Suspension Cell Virus Infection Enhancer is a specialized agent designed to boost the infection efficiency of viruses such as lentivirus (LV) and adenovirus (ADV) in suspension cells. The 60-80nm nanomicelles efficiently enrich viral particles，significantly enhancing viral infection of suspension cells and markedly improving infection efficiency. In RAW264.7 cells，using the Suspension Cell Virus Infection Enhancer can increase adenovirus infection efficiency by up to approximately 50-fold. The 60-80nm nanocapsules are formulated from biodegradable materials with minimal cytotoxicity. Cell mortality rates in cells treated with the nanocapsules are comparable to those in untreated cells. The kit is highly convenient to use: simply mix the enhancement reagent with viral particles，then directly add the reagent-virus complex to cultured cells.
