Principle: Tryptone provides a carbon and nitrogen source; Beef infusion provides vitamins and amino acids; Agar is a coagulant of the medium; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure. Usage: Weigh 31. 5g of this product, heat and dissolve it in 1000ml of distilled water, autoclave at 121 °C for 15 minutes, and set aside.
