The core structure of the StaBright™ series fluorescent probes is AIE. The StaBright™ series fluorescent probes feature the following characteristics: 1. Aggregation-induced emission. StaBright™ fluorescent probes maintain a faint fluorescence signal in solution and cellular environments. Upon entering cells and binding to target structures, their fluorescence signal significantly intensifies. Consequently, during imaging, unbound fluorescent molecules in solution or cells can be disregarded. This allows direct imaging after staining and significantly streamlining the imaging workflow, without multiple washes. 2. Large Stokes shift. StaBright™ fluorescent probes greatly minimize signal crosstalk and self-quenching during fluorescence imaging, significantly enhancing image clarity and further improving imaging precision. 3. Exceptional optical stability. StaBright™ fluorescent probes maintain stable fluorescence signal output during prolonged cell imaging sessions, making them particularly suitable for long-term tracking and multi-scan fluorescence imaging experiments. 4. Strong anti-quenching capability. Compared to traditional fluorescent probes, StaBright™ probes effectively mitigate fluorescence quenching caused by excessive concentrations, offering superior performance in high-concentration applications. The StaBright™ Cell Cycle and Apoptosis Detection Kit employs the StaBright Nuclear Green Probe as its fluorescent probe for analyzing cell cycle progression and apoptosis. Compared to traditional cell cycle and apoptosis detection kits using propidium iodide (PI), this kit offers higher detection sensitivity and more stable, reliable results.
