1. Albino mice or nude mice are recommended for optical clearing. For pigmented mice，clearing can be performed normally if the shaved skin appears pink; those with grey or black skin are not suitable for the treatment.2.Stretch the skin fully before stratum corneum removal and keep processing until skin reflection is visible. Uneven or incomplete removal of cuticle will impair clearing results.5.Completely remove residual clearing reagent after treatment and repeatedly apply normal saline until the skin reverts to its original condition. Cover the skin with damp cotton to prevent dehydration. Skin Optical Clearing Kit is developed for optical clearing of skin from laboratory animals such as mice，mainly used for in vivo skin imaging studies.
