Compared to small nucleic acid transfection reagent，siRNA Transfection Reagent V2 (Adherent Cell) is equipped with siRNA transfection enhancement reagent，effectively reduces immune rejection of cell membrane，therefore improves siRNA transfection efficiency. siRNA Transfection Reagent V2 (Adherent Cell) has higher siRNA transfection rate. For some adherent cells，the siRNA transfection rate can be 95%，5-30% more than small nucleic acid transfection reagent. V2 can be used to transfect small molecular RNA within 200bp such as siRNA，miRNA mimics，miRNA inhibitor，etc. ，transfected cells include the vast majority of adherent cells，such as general cell lines，tumor cell lines，and others. V2 employs novel degradable nano materials，with low cytotoxicity. Transfection-induced cell death is only about 5%. Serum has no impact on V2 transfection，therefore specific low-serum medium and replacement of culture every 4-6 hours after transfection are not required，making the operations easier. Properties: 1. Cell transfection efficiency: siRNA transfection positivity rate reaches approximately 95% in adherent cells; 2. Extremely low cytotoxicity: Transfection-induced cell mortality remains around 5%，significantly reducing the impact of cytotoxicity on experimental outcomes; 3.
