Compared to the previous suspension cell small nucleic acid transfection reagent，the siRNA Suspension Cell Transfection Reagent V2 kit includes an siRNA transfection enhancer that effectively reduces immune rejection by the cell membrane，significantly improving siRNA transfection efficiency. siRNA Suspension Cell Transfection Reagent V2 achieves higher siRNA transfection efficiency，with positive transfection rates reaching approximately 85% in certain suspension cells—5-30% higher than the original suspension cell small nucleic acid transfection reagent. V2 can transfect small RNA molecules under 200 bp，including siRNA，miRNA mimics，and miRNA inhibitors，and is compatible with most suspension cell types. V2 employs novel biodegradable nanomaterials with minimal cytotoxicity，resulting in a cell death rate of only about 5%. It features unique serum interference resistance，meaning serum does not affect V2‘s transfection efficacy.
