Serum-free Medium for Lymphocytes (with Phenol Red, L-glutamine, L-alanyl Glutamine and HSA)

Lymphocyte culture medium, which is a serum-free medium, is specifically designed for immunotherapy research in tumors. The product is suitable for the culture of human and mammalian peripheral blood immune cells, including the research and application of T, DC, CIK, NK and other cells. By adding different cytostimulants, the corresponding immune cells can be efficiently and rapidly expanded. It can also be used to culture functionally differentiated lymphocyte lines, to study signal transduction pathways, and to perform applications that require component definition. The application areas of this medium include: lymphocyte-related studies of chimeric antigen receptors (CAR-T); Induction and functional studies of lymphokine-activated killer cells (LAKs); studies of cytokine and antibody activity during LAK cell induction; long-term culture of functional human macrophages and macrophage activation; Research on immunotherapy for liver metastases in murine animals; lymphocyte receptor research; and ADCC-dependent lymphocyte activation studies, among others.
