Serum-free Medium for Lymphocytes

Lymphocyte Medium is a serum-free medium specifically developed for cancer immunotherapy research. It is suitable for culturing human and mammalian peripheral-blood immune cells—including T cells, DCs, CIK cells, NK cells, and others—for both research and application. By supplementing with appropriate cytokines, the medium enables rapid and efficient expansion of the desired immune-cell populations. It can also be used to propagate functionally differentiated lymphoid cell lines, investigate signal-transduction pathways, and perform applications that require a chemically defined formulation. Typical applications include: chimeric-antigen-receptor (CAR-T) lymphocyte studies; induction and functional analysis of lymphokine-activated killer (LAK) cells; assessment of cytokine and antibody activities during LAK induction; long-term culture and activation of functional human macrophages; murine hepatic-metastasis immunotherapy models; lymphocyte-receptor studies; and ADCC-dependent lymphocyte-activation assays. The medium is prepared with Water for Injection.
