Serum-Free Cell Freezing Medium (With Phenol Red and DMSO) PLUS

Cell cryopreservation is an important technique for cell preservation. The complexity and uncertainty of the components of fetal bovine serum (FBS)，which is contained in conventional frozen storage，can easily lead to quality differences between serum production batches，and also bring the risk of potential pathogen microbial contamination of cells. Solebel has developed a ready-to-use serum-free，protein-free cell freeze solution with the addition of a simple freeze-protective agent to reduce the DMSO content and ensure stable cell survival at low temperatures. Verified this product is suitable for the cryopreservation of CHO(Chinese hamster ovary cells)，293T(human embryonic kidney cells)，HeLa (human cervical cancer cells)，Vero (African green monkey kidney cells) and other cell types. The recovery rate of cells frozen with this product was higher after recovery，and the cell activity was stable above 90%，and the effect was no less than that of conventional frozen storage.
