RTDLDSLRTYTL is a high-affinity and specific alpha(v)beta(6) integrin (avb6) inhibitor. By binding to avb6 integrin, this peptide sequence activates T cell cytotoxicity and the production of cytokines such as interferon-γ. RTDLDSLRTYTL redirects T cells through the design of chimeric T cell antigen receptors (CARs) to specifically recognize and attack tumor cells. It can be used in research on cancer immunotherapy and targeted drug development.
