RSRGVFF (FOXP3 inhibitor P60) is a mixed angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor that can cross the blood-brain barrier, with an IC50 of 5.01 μM. RSRGVFF can bind to the complex of ACE and its substrate HHL, reducing the catalytic activity of ACE. RSRGVFF can also be used in hypertension research.
