Red Blood Cell Lysis Buffer(endotoxin＜0.25EU/ml)

Red blood cell lysate is used to lyse non-nucleated red blood cells by using the principle that the difference in salt ion concentration between inside and outside the cell can cause the cell membrane to burst. This product is aseptically processed, and is mainly used for the isolation and purification of tissue cells dispersed by enzymatic digestion, the isolation and purification of lymphocytes, and the removal of red blood cells in experiments such as tissue cell protein and nucleic acid extraction. The endotoxin content of this product<0.25EU/ml.
