Rat Tail Collagen Type I exhibits excellent coating performance and effectively resolves adhesion difficulties of hard-to-adhere cell lines including undifferentiated PC 12 and MCF 7.Derived from SD rat tails，this product is supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/mL dissolved in 0.006 M acetic acid solution. The kit is supplemented with 10× dedicated dilution buffer (0.06 M) for Collagen Type I，which can be diluted to 1× working concentration per manual instructions.
