Rat sICAM-1 ELISA Kit

After extensive washing, a tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent is added to the wells for signal development. A Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development. The color intensity, proportional to the quantity of bound protein, is then measurable at 450nm. You can calculate the concentration of rat sICAM-1 in the samples by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
