After aliquoting, immediately seal the containers with sealing film, use immediately upon removal, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles or contamination. The Rat Pulmonary Aortic Endothelial Cell Isolation and Culture Kit is specifically designed for the isolation of primary rat pulmonary aortic endothelial cells. Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. When passaged at a 1:2 ratio, the cells can be passaged for 2-3 generations. CD31 Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity exceeding 90%.
