Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. When passaged at a 1:2 ratio, the cells can be passaged for 3-5 generations. Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity (type II collagen) exceeding 90%.
