Rat Cardiomyocyte Isolation and Culture Kit

(1) Before the formal experiment, it is recommended to use 1-2 normal rats for anatomical simulation training to familiarize yourself with the operational procedures and improve tissue separation efficiency; (2) The separation of cardiomyocytes requires high cell viability. Please perform the experiment immediately after euthanizing the mice. (3) To maintain the viability of cardiomyocytes, it is recommended that the tissue be processed on an ice tray/ice box after sampling. Be careful not to allow the tissue and liquid to freeze due to low temperatures. (4) The culture medium contains nutrients required for microbial growth. Please open it in a clean bench, aliquot and sealing the bottle opening with sealing film. Quick open and quick use, to avoid contamination. This kit is specifically designed for the extraction of primary rat cardiomyocytes, employing low-temperature digestion and differential adhesion methods to isolate and purify rat cardiomyocytes. It has been validated that each experiment (1 Test) can isolate more than 1×10? target cells, and immunofluorescence identification (α-Sarcomeric actin) results show that cell purity is above 90%.
