Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. These cells are terminally differentiated cells that do not proliferate. CD68 Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity exceeding 90%.
