(1) Before the formal experiment, it is recommended to use 1-2 normal rats for anatomical simulation training to familiarize yourself with the operational procedures and improve tissue separation efficiency; (2) Reagent preparation or aliquoting must strictly adhere to aseptic technique guidelines. After aliquoting, immediately seal the containers with sealing film, use immediately upon removal, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles or contamination. The Rat Bone Marrow-Derived Macrophage Isolation and Culture Kit is specifically designed for the isolation of primary rat bone marrow-derived macrophages. Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. These cells are terminally differentiated cells that do not proliferate. After separation, it is recommended to inoculate them directly into the corresponding culture vessels according to experimental requirements. CD68 Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity exceeding 90%.
