The Rat Aortic Smooth Muscle Cell Isolation and Culture Kit is specifically designed for the isolation of primary rat aortic smooth muscle cells. Upon verification, following the standard operating procedures of this kit, one test can yield one bottle of cells (T25 culture flask), with a cell count exceeding 1×10? cells. When passaged at a 1:2 ratio, the cells can be passaged for 5 generations, with optimal condition within 3 passages. α-SMA Immunofluorescence analysis confirms a cell purity exceeding 90%.
