Rat ANG2 ELISA Kit

Solarbio ELISA kit uses the quantitative sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. An antibody specific for rat Angiopoietin 2 (ANG2) has been pre-coated onto a microplate; Add gradient-diluted standards and pre-diluted samples separately and allow them to fully combine with the specific antibody. After washing away any unbound substances a biotin-conjugated antibody specific for rat Angiopoietin 2 (ANG2) is added to detect the captured rat Angiopoietin 2 (ANG2) protein in the sample. Following a wash to remove any unbound combination horseradish peroxidase (HRP)-conjugated Streptavidin is added to the wells. After extensive washing a tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent is added to the wells for signal development. A Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development. The color intensity proportional to the quantity of bound protein is then measurable at 450nm. You can calculate the concentration of rat Angiopoietin 2 (ANG2) in the samples by comparing the O.D. of the samples to the standard curve.
