QuickCut Fast Restriction Enzymes are a series of genetically engineered recombinant restriction enzymes suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA ， PCR products ， genomic DNA and other DNA samples. All QuickCut Fast Restriction Enzymes exhibit excellent activity in Reaction Buffer or Reaction Color Buffer ， and can complete digestion within 5–15 minutes. Reaction Color Buffer contains red and yellow tracking dyes ， allowing digested products to be directly used for gel electrophoresis. In a 1% agarose gel ， the migration rate of the red dye in Reaction Color Buffer is similar to that of a 2500 bp double-stranded DNA fragment; the migration rate of the yellow dye is similar to that of a 10 bp double-stranded DNA fragment.
