QuickCut Fast Restriction Enzymes are a series of genetically engineered recombinant fast-digesting restriction enzymes, suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA and other DNA samples. All QuickCut Fast Restriction Enzymes exhibit excellent activity in Reaction Buffer or Reaction Color Buffer, and can complete digestion within 5–15 minutes. Reaction Color Buffer contains red and yellow tracking dyes, allowing digested products to be directly used for gel electrophoresis. In a 1% agarose gel, the migration rate of the red dye in Reaction Color Buffer is close to that of a 2500 bp double-stranded DNA fragment; the migration rate of the yellow dye is close to that of a 10 bp double-stranded DNA fragment.
