For CpG-methylated DNA, cleavage may be inhibited; for EcoKI-methylated DNA, cleavage may be inhibited; for EcoBI-methylated DNA, cleavage may be inhibited; no asterisk activity was observed after 3 hours of incubation, but asterisk activity may appear after longer digestion; isoschizases may have different sensitivities to different methylation modifications; enzyme activity is inhibited at salt concentrations above 10 mM, please avoid using DNA substrates containing high salt ions; inactivation conditions: incubation at 80℃ for 20 min. QuickCut rapid restriction endonucleases are a series of genetically engineered recombinant rapid restriction endonucleases suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, or genomic DNA. All QuickCut rapid restriction endonucleases exhibit excellent activity in Reaction Buffer or Reaction Color Buffer, completing digestion within 5-15 minutes. The Reaction Color Buffer includes red and yellow tracer dyes, allowing direct application of the products to gel electrophoresis. The red dye in the Reaction Color Buffer migrated at a rate similar to that of a 2500 bp double-stranded DNA fragment in a 1% agarose gel; the yellow dye migrated at a rate similar to that of a 10 bp double-stranded DNA fragment in a 1% agarose gel.
