For CpG-methylated DNA, cleavage may be inhibited; no asterisk activity was observed after 3 hours of incubation, but longer incubation may produce asterisk activity; isoschizases may have different sensitivities to different methylation modifications; inactivation conditions: incubation at 80℃ for 20 minutes. QuickCut rapid restriction endonucleases are a series of genetically engineered recombinant rapid restriction endonucleases suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, or genomic DNA. All QuickCut rapid restriction endonucleases exhibit excellent activity in Reaction Buffer or Reaction Color Buffer, completing digestion within 5-15 minutes. Reaction Color Buffer includes red and yellow tracer dyes, allowing direct application of the products to gel electrophoresis. The red dye in Reaction Color Buffer migrates at a rate similar to that of a 2500bp double-stranded DNA fragment in a 1% agarose gel; the yellow dye migrates at a rate similar to that of a 10bp double-stranded DNA fragment in a 1% agarose gel.
