For DNA methylated by Dcm, cleavage may be inhibited;
For DNA methylated by CpG, cleavage may be inhibited;
No asterisk activity was observed after 3 h incubation, but asterisk activity may appear after longer digestion;
Isoschizases may have different sensitivities to different methylation modifications;
AvaII can recognize and cleave DNA-RNA hybrid strands, but cleavage of hybrid strands requires at least 80 times more enzyme than cleavage of the same molar amount of dsDNA. If AvaII is to be used for RNA analysis, it is recommended to adjust the digestion time and reaction system according to experimental needs;
Inactivation conditions: Incubate at 80℃ for 20 min. QuickCut Fast Restriction Enzymes are a series of genetically engineered recombinant restriction enzymes optimized for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA and other DNA samples. All QuickCut Fast Restriction Enzymes show excellent activity in Reaction Buffer or Reaction Color Buffer, and can complete digestion within 5–15 minutes. Reaction Color Buffer contains red and yellow tracking dyes, allowing digested products to be directly loaded for gel electrophoresis. In a 1% agarose gel , the migration rate of the red dye in Reaction Color Buffer is similar to that of a 2500 bp double-stranded DNA fragment; the migration rate of the yellow dye is similar to that of a 10 bp double-stranded DNA fragment.
