QPH-FR is a quinoa peptide that acts as a leucine-rich G protein-coupled receptor 5 (LGR5) inhibitor, competitively blocking the formation of the LGR5/RSPO1 complex by binding to LGR5. QPH-FR induces ubiquitination of the FZD receptor by RNF43/ZNRF3, thereby inhibiting the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and suppressing stem cell activity.
