Protamine sulfate para-coagulation test kit (3P coagulation method)

Product introduction Under the action of thrombin, fibrinogen releases peptide A and peptide B and transforms into fibrin monomer (FM). The latter forms a soluble complex with fibrin degradation products (FDP). Protamine sulfate can free the FM in the complex, and the latter self-polymerates into fibrous, floccose or jelly-like substances. It reflects the presence of FDP, especially fragment X. The kit is a qualitative detection kit, which is mostly used for the detection of fibrin or fibrinogen degradation products (such as FDP) in human or animal plasma, also known as 3P test.
