Using method: Weigh 53. 0g of this product into 1L distilled water or deionized water. Heat to boil and stir for more than 1 minute to dissolve the agar. Package into small portions and 115℃ high pressure sterilize for 30 minutes. Shake well after sterilization to prevent agar precipitate to the bottom. Pour into plate till it solidify and set aside for subsequent use.
