Solid precipitation may occur under low temperature; warm the reagent at 38°C until fully clear before use. Post-staining clearing is available; protect samples from light throughout the process to prevent fluorescence quenching. Tender tissues become soft after treatment，so use flat-tipped tweezers for careful handling. Fully immerse specimens in the reagent and adjust dosage according to sample dimension. This product enables optical clearing of fixed plant tissues. It rapidly eliminates autofluorescence derived from chlorophyll and other pigments，preserves the activity of fluorescent proteins while acquiring high-resolution images from deep plant tissues. Suitable for clearing and three-dimensional imaging of plant organs including roots and leaves as well as whole-plant specimens，it is widely used in botanical research but not recommended for highly lignified samples. Chlorophyll and endogenous substances inside plant tissues tend to produce background autofluorescence; uneven refractive indices across tissue structures cause light scattering and imaging artifacts，which severely hinder deep-tissue observation. This reagent efficiently depigments samples and harmonizes tissue refractive index with that of the solvent to minimize light scattering and substantially improve optical imaging performance.
