Phenyl Beads 6FF (Low Sub)(Gravity Column)

Phenyl Beads 6FF(Low Sub) are low-substituted aromatic hydrophobic chromatographic medium in which phenyl groups are attached to highly cross-linked 6% agarose microspheres via uncharged, chemically stable ether bonds. The hydrophobic chromatography medium is separated and purified mainly by the difference of molecular surface hydrophobicity. It is widely used in the separation and purification of downstream proteins and peptides in biopharmaceuticals and bioengineering.
