Principle: Peptone provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; Sodium chloride maintains a balanced osmotic pressure. Usage: Weigh 9. 5g of this product, heat and dissolve in 1000ml distilled water, divide into test tubes or flasks, 9ml per tube, 90ml or 225ml per bottle, autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes, and set aside.
