PBS Liposomes (Control Liposomes)

Particle size: 200-400nm Product Introduction: clodronate disodium liposomes take advantage of the endocytosis mechanism of macrophages to bring the membrane-impermeable clodronate into the cell, and clodronate is released. When it reaches a certain concentration, it can induce apoptosis of macrophages, so as to achieve the purpose of removing macrophages. The product is a clodronate disodium free liposome containing only PBS and can be used in a control group experiment to see if the depletion of macrophages is attributable to the effect after injection of the clodronate disodium liposome.
