Octyl-Sepharose 4FF(Gravity Column)

Octyl-Sepharose 4FF is an aliphatic hydrophobic interaction medium in which ligands are attached to agarose microspheres through uncharged and chemically stable ether bonds. The hydrophobic chromatography medium is separated and purified mainly by the difference of molecular surface hydrophobicity.
