Octyl-Sepharose 4FF Prepacked Column

Octyl-Sepharose 4FF is an aliphatic hydrophobic interaction medium in which ligands are attached to agarose microspheres through uncharged and chemically stable ether bonds. The hydrophobic chromatography medium is separated and purified mainly by the difference of molecular surface hydrophobicity. It is widely used in the separation and purification of downstream proteins and peptides in biopharmaceuticals and bioengineering. Note: This preloaded column can be used for AKTA instruments.
