NP41 peptide can specifically bind to the outer membrane of the nerve， playing a role in localization and navigation. Research has shown that laminin-421 and -211 are target proteins for NP41 binding. When luminescent materials are combined with NP41， the luminescent materials will bind to the nerves along with NP41， thereby staining the nerves and achieving visualization of the nerves.
