Ni-TED Beads 6FF(Gravity Column)

Ni-TED Beads 6FF is used to separate and purify Ni2+ by interacting with some amino acids (mainly histidine, cysteine and tryptophan) in the protein side chain, which is suitable for the separation and purification of His tag proteins and biomolecules interacting with Ni2+. Strongly bound Ni2+ can be directly used in the eukaryotic expression system to secrete the expressed His label protein and tolerate higher reducing agents and chelators without sample pretreatment.
