Ni Sepharose 6FF

Ni NTA Beads 6FF is based on a highly cross-linked 6% agarose gel matrix, with ligands identical to those of Ni NTA Beads. In addition to withstanding harsh reagent conditions, Ni NTA Beads 6FF can tolerate pressures up to 0. 3 MPa due to its pressure-resistant matrix, making it more stable. Therefore, this product is more suitable for industrial-scale protein purification, enabling the purification of target proteins at relatively high flow rates.
